Thank you for booking an appointment to get vaccinated. Our staff will review your appointment request and notify you if there are any issues.

• When you arrive at our building and park, please then call our main number, (781) 684-0600 and let us know you are here. We will confirm that we are ready for you to come up or possibly ask you to wait a few minutes.
• We will be using our own offices to administer the vaccines.
• When you come up to the third floor hall, we will invite you through our suite’s rear entrance directly to one of the exam rooms to receive the vaccine.
• Then you will be shown out into the third-floor hall in order to reenter our suite into the normal waiting room for 15 minutes of observation before being discharged.
• Please wear your mask when you come up.
