We continue to offer Moderna booster shots for Covid-19 to our members on Mondays and Fridays.
Next Monday 11/15 now open for signup
You may now sign up for a booster next Monday, November 15. That is a session for 25 people from 10 a.m. to noon.
We monitor the website vaccine schedule. As soon as that first session next Monday is close to full, we will open the second session from noon to 2 p.m. that same day (11/15) and it will become visible on the schedule.
When those schedules are full, we will next open a single session for Friday, November 19.
First clinic a success
Yesterday’s two-session clinic was a success and fully subscribed. The single-session clinic this coming Friday, Nov. 12 is also fully subscribed, which is why it is not available on the calendar.
Eligibility the same
CDC guidelines remain the same, essentially everyone over 65 and anyone over 50 with medical conditions (as listed by CDC). However, to do our best to use all vaccine we unfreeze, we have allowed any OHC member over 50 to sign up as well. However, you should be at least six months out from your last primary Covid-19 vaccination (2nd Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or only J&J). We expect to offer vaccine to members under 50 when CDC guidelines support that.
